Selecting the charging cable: Make sure that you use the standard charging cable provided by us for connection. Room temperature condition: Make sure the room temperature is below 25 °C during operation. Important warning: Please note that this device is a phone cooler, not a professional ice maker. Avoid operating the device in an unloaded state for a long time to achieve a freezing effect, as this may cause damage to the device or pose a safety risk. If the product flickers, it means that the power supply is insufficient. You need to use a 5v3a plug to supply power and connect it with our charging cable. This is not a quality problem.
